My name is Malene, and my simple ambition is to create beautiful, personal images that reflect you as an expectant parent — in a safe, calm and creative environment. My approach is gentle and patient, because the best photographs emerge when you feel relaxed and comfortable. Why choose me? Because maternity photography is my primary field. I work both in my cozy studio and out in nature across South Zealand — beach, forest or a favourite local spot chosen to match the mood you want in your images. Nature brings movement, light and context, while the studio allows for classic, form-focused portraits. I offer a selection of dresses you are welcome to borrow, and I can help with styling so you feel beautiful and confident in front of the camera. If you’d like extra pampering, I also offer hair and makeup services when booked in advance. My working method is simple: we discuss your wishes before the session, choose location and style, and on the day we keep a relaxed pace with breaks as needed. I often recommend maternity sessions around weeks 28–34, when the bump is clearly visible, but you should always choose the timing that feels right for you. During the session I prioritise presence, natural poses and flattering light so the result is timeless and of high quality. I love meeting people and hearing their stories — that warmth comes through in the images. My aim is for you to have a pleasant experience where laughter, tenderness and authenticity can shine. As an extra service to the local community in Vordingborg, I’m happy to travel around Zealand by arrangement.
