I’m Arendina from Foto A de Jong — a specialist maternity photographer in Horsens with my own studio in the scenic area by Nørrestrand. My approach to maternity photography (gravidfotografering, pregnancy photography, maternity portraits) is both artistic and caring: I work calmly and patiently to capture intimate moments, natural beauty, and the sense of anticipation you carry. As a maternity photographer I prioritise safety and presence. In my studio I create a warm, relaxed space where you can feel comfortable — I guide you into natural poses, work with soft light, and tailor colours and mood in post-processing. If you prefer outdoor sessions, I’m happy to take you to local favourites around Horsens — Nørrestrand, Horsens Fjord or other beautiful locations — where natural light and landscape add to timeless, artistic maternity photos. What can you expect? Before the session we talk about wishes, style and any concerns so I can customise the photoshoot to your needs. During the shoot I focus on calm, a little humour and short breaks so the experience feels enjoyable rather than stressful. Afterwards I edit each image individually — for me, careful retouching and colour grading are essential to achieve the right, personal expression in your pregnancy photos.
