As a specialised maternity photographer in Holstebro, I focus on creating maternity photography that feels safe, cosy and authentic. A session with me is more than just taking pictures — it’s an experience where there is room for pauses, laughter, warm drinks and quiet. I normally allow two hours for each session so we can work at your pace and capture the moments you want to remember. My approach is simple and present: I guide you into natural poses, involve you in choices along the way, and show the images continuously on my iPad Pro so you can immediately see what works. We can shoot in my welcoming studio in Holstebro, out in nature at your favourite spot, or at your home — I’m happy to suggest locations and always plan with light, season and mood in mind. I prioritise images that feel timeless and true to your own experience of pregnancy. Discreet image editing and retouching are a natural part of the process: I use Photoshop and Lightroom to refine images if you wish — for example small adjustments, removal of temporary skin irregularities, or enhancement of light and texture — always respecting that you should still look like you. Safety and patience are core values in my work. My background in education has given me experience in creating calm around people in a variety of situations — which is especially valuable in maternity photography where it’s important that you feel comfortable. If, for any reason, we don’t achieve the images we planned, I offer a re-shoot at no extra charge, because what matters most to me is that you end up with images you love.
